The design idea
The building's facade, which combines a variety of materials and textures, was meant to be both modern and fashionable in response to client requests. With a tight budget, the design team set out to produce an exquisite and remarkable design that was both visually pleasing and made of inexpensive materials. The façade's geometry and proportionality served as the foundation for Disa 5's primary design concept.
Travertine, a light-colored stone, makes up the majority of the exterior, giving it a neat and refined appearance. Along the exterior, darker brick accents are employed vertically to provide depth and contrast. Natural elements such as wood, brick, and stone are skillfully combined with modern architecture in the DISA 5 facade

A harmonious, well-balanced, and hospitable look is produced by the combination of textures, colors, and plants.

Large rectangular windows with dark frames dominate the facade, allowing ample natural light inside.

they have black metal railings, enhancing both safety and aesthetics. They provide a modern touch. To break up the monotony of the stone surface, smaller ornamental ventilation apertures are positioned thoughtfully.

The balconies have wooden planters with greenery, giving a fresh and lively appearance. The main entrance gate features metal and wood, complementing the facade’s natural elements.
